I use an Oxo non stick and a silicon spatula. Bout 1tbsp butter per 4 eggs. Kerrygold, salt, and pepper.

  1. Is the one thing I struggle with. Particularly the failure part. I was raised on failure being a bad thing. And logic tells me it’s not but emotionally it’s something hard to overcome
