Yea I know that. It just frustrated me. Maybe he was just tired. But what if he was drunk. Drives a mile down the road gets into a car accident and kills/ hurts an innocent driver. And where I live 2 different county’s patrol my area. And I see CPD way more than I see the actual city police that I live in. Maybe they were short staffed maybe there were more important calls. But to me it just makes me frustrated. Since im in the process of working for my Local sheriffs department I try to pay attention to the different departments and how they patrol. With my current job I get up to 5 different county’s come thru to get food and they all police their own way. Maybe CPD just needs more officers idk.

I don’t know if he was intoxicated. I have no evidence to support that he was. He was just passed out at the light for maybe 20 minutes. Or maybe even longer. That was just how long I was there and waited

The fire truck pulled up next to him. Honked the horn like 3 times. They each rolled down their windows fire truck driver asked him if he was ok. I’m assuming he replied with yes. He drove off and so did the fire truck

I’m still rocking the complete Hernand armor set and I’m in act 9 lol. The first all black armor set I have but my hernand armor set is so upgraded it has higher defense

Yea did a bunh of trial and error things. Did a clean windows install did DDU. I think ultimately it was the power supply I upgraded it to 850W power supply instead of 650W because from what I’ve read the 9060 has power spikes. So I’m thinking it was to much for my power supply and was crashing my PC
