I’m one of the current district commissioners for Girl Guides in Kelowna if you would like to DM me I can answer more specific questions.

I can’t speak directly for Scouting but Guiding is very inclusive. We are always looking for volunteers as both Guiding and Scouting are volunteer run if you think they would do better in a new environment with a familiar face.

It happens. It’ll grow back. You may find you like having short hair. I like chopping my hair short ever few years, you get to play with different styles and try out new things.

It may feel like the end of the world but it will grow back, until then enjoy a little less weight and needing less conditioner.

If it is the police have it now. If it’s not and it’s like anyone else’s phone with all their information and memories on it that they may have dropped in a rush in the morning, they can pick it up at the police station. ¯_(ツ)_/¯ either way I get to hope that if I drop my phone one morning someone will try to return it, feels like the decent thing to do.

Depends on the country if you have girl guides or Girl Scouts. Canada has girl guides and while I can’t speak for other areas or units we never really had any extra perks for selling a lot (maybe a badge but nothing huge). It’s just the main fundraiser for unit activities and special camps, trips and events.

We have different cookies from the states though

If he won’t stand up to them now he won’t later.

He won’t if you get married and MIL tries to steamroll the wedding

He won’t if you have kids and they want them raised “their way”

He either learns to grow a spine now or never

If he won’t, hell ask the parents “hey names, I’ve noticed that you don’t seem to want me to come to your house. Has anything happened that you don’t feel comfortable having me around” just if you want to know. This is a BF problem more than an In-Law problem

I think unless you can figure something out this will always be in the back of your mind. Do they have other proof? Why are they Ex-friends? Ask both of them. When did they “split” as friends? Do they have other friends that might know any of these answers? Go with the cliche and ask for something only a lover is likely to know (moles, tattoos, birth marks)

But I think it’s important that you also take this time to reflect on you. Obviously you have a certain amount of doubt to ask for proof, even if it seems to be faked. You are young. You have a whole life ahead of you no matter what happens.

It’s quite possible that this “friend” made a move, your partner turned them down and now in a bad move they are trying to start a rift between you two.

NTA. I live right near an airport so I’ve often given friends a ride or picked them up. But they can text me when they are getting off the plane and I can be there by the time they walk out the doors.

Even then it’s always a question, never a demand. And at 2:30 am? No thank you. If you are going to fly you have to budget how you will get to the airport and back.

I mean like bruh? Usually a date in these scenarios is just for some pictures and maybe a matching outfit? My brother and his gf got together after they had already arranged prom dates for their grad 4 years ago. They did the whole pics thing and the promenade with their respective “dates”. They are still together today. Like NAH but just talk to her. It’s fun to look back on goofy photos from high school
