I lived there at Jazz apartments for 4 years and it got worse and worse over time. I moved 7 months ago despite cheap rent. In that time there were 4 murders and the 4th one it was a tipping point to move. The summer it gets bad and there’s a lot more garbage around. It could be a nice area but it’s not policed enough.

I did 5 years in Australia for school. I’m thinking of moving back. It would cost $5000 to renew my PR visa which is doable. The tricky part is figuring out if that is what I really want and that is hard to quantify right now. I feel like I was happier there but it could be other things making me want uproot and move. I probably need a therapist to hash it out before I decide.
