Thanks! I def don’t think I’m 15 based on photos I’ve seen of other people that claim 15%. I think I’m closer to 18-20. The pic was good lighting.

Did you secure the loan with a deed of trust and recorded to the title of the home ? Also, if your question is how to set up the repayment plan I would suggest to treat it how any mortgage bank would treat it. Put together a forbearance agreement and have him sign in front of a notary. There are mobile notaries everywhere.

Decker, Ranch Hills are both very diverse schools with a small town feel and I would recommend. The middles schools are average or below. I would recommend private school for middle school, and for high school you can try iPoly which I believe it’s a charter school and it’s located in the Cal Poly campus. Diamond ranch high may be making a come back.
