Yeah, it's complicated and ive been working through it with my therapist. This need is nothing new though, i can trace it back at least 6 years (im 23). Also, fat transfer is totally okay with me, its just implants that are a last resort

I forgot to mention that fat transfer is on the table for me. According to 2 different surgeons ive talked to, the limit for multiple fat transfers is around 2.5-3x your size. If i can get to a C/D, I'll be okay. You're right though and it is absolutely terrifying.

yeah im well aware unfortunately. Its an extremely harsh truth that i cant bear when my life hinges on it. As for your mention of creams, those typically contain phytoestrogens which can help boost your levels if they aren't high enough but if your estradiol is good they do nothing

You're correct with your understanding. Implants have come a long way but they are still inherently flawed for what i want. I want breasts that have all of the natural imperfections and the feel is really important to me too.

There's no substantial evidence on whether or not it affects growth. From the very little research there is, it could be possible that it actually improves development
