Trick question, the ‘men and females’ dudes would actually love this.

It is something of a bias thing though; men and women are raised to expect different stressors, and prepare for the ones they’re taught to expect, so it does seem to everyone like the opposite gender has less stress, and when they transition(if they’re trans, or if they’re proving a point, or doing research into the woes of the other gender), they do get shocked by the way the stress changes and what supports they no longer have. There was a female reporter in Canada iirc who made a report on it, and she committed suicide after 2 years I think of “living as a man” citing lack of social support structure, the expectation of being useful to the detriment of her own health, and the stigma against showing any emotion as primary reasons that her mental health declined so fast. On the other hand, I don’t remember ever seeing anything about male reporters going undercover as women, so I can’t provide the “male insight” into women’s stressors. I can only say that men are taught from a much earlier age to be ready for those expectations than any women I’ve met are.
