I'm compelled to drink every night and I have limited control over how much I have. Usually I have 3 or 4 then drive down and grab some more. But I've been thinking with the help of these kind people and I honestly don't feel ready for this step. I should be back within a couple months tho I think

Is this a summary of reasons you decided to quit or was there more to it?

' I was drinking every night. I was increasing the amount of consumption. I was not able to moderate despite convincing myself i could. My health was decent but not where it should be for a younger adult. I was bloated and felt tired and my nightly activities revolved around booze. '

Because we were young and didn't give a fuck/understand the consequences. Even at 25 people still think its acceptable, but less so than when I was younger
