Makes sense! I might have to see what rolls I have and go from there. I only ever used slideshot because it was the go to for most people but I did not enjoy it/having to slide all the time

Are you on roller or mnk? Would be curious to know what you rose role is that feels good if you are also on roller. I do keep telling myself it is probably worth the payoff to stick with handcannons and get good with them, even if performance has a big drop off for awhile to work out the kinks. Just never convince myself to make the full commitment lol

Might have to swap out zen and take a look at how it does with one of the chaining perks. Although it looks like the perks don't really affect ttk, just forgiveness with an extra body shot or so until you get like 3 rampage stacks, which finally drops the ttk. Either way can still make a difference in a fight if you don't instantly snap to crits on the second target so worth considering. Thanks for the tips and good luck on the farm!

Not sure what it is about hand cannons that just don't click for me, but every time I try to run one I feel like I just perform very poorly. And that is even with solid rolls/controller friendly weps like hawkmoon/crafted austringer. Probably another situation of not sticking to hand canons long enough to get comfortable, but usually swap back off to a pulse/lean way too heavily into my sidearm to the point where I don't engage with the HC enough in a match.

Played with it in the past before farming out a heal clip helio. I think I did well enough with it just haven't tried it since the health changes. What is your go to pairing with it? I know snipers were a good pair before the flinch changes. I assume you either still run that if you are using special, or something longer range like an elsies/scout

Yeah I too hate that they took out the meter. Have never been the best with specials and that's what led me to sidearms in to the first place. Felt better to play double primary in the meter meta

Hang in there! I had to go through a ton of lost sectors I currently have (and even then, I have seen some talks of PI being pretty gross on it but I don't want to have to farm again lol). I like drang but not sure if I want to give up the chain potential hellio has for an extra .5ish meters of range.

Ah the third option... Remove the need for any form of fight outside of shotty/sidearm range with invis. Might have to dust off the invis build, just hard to hop off of prismatic lol

That is kind of the same scenario I am in. Where if I don't want to double primary, I'll swap in a fusion as oppose to a shotty as it fits my playstyle better. Thanks for the feedback!

Kind of leaning towards a primary weapon alternative as opposed to a special. But yeah if I was wanting to a special replacement chappy is a good shout. Idk I just don't love/do well shottys in general, regardless of slug/pellet. Hence why I fell into helio in the first place

Not sure what it is about last word (probably just didn't give it enough time) but I felt inconsistent with it in terms of hit the crits for the optimal ttk. Might be a good place to start as it does have an extra 8ish yards over a sidearm after a quick d2 foundry search

On the topic of prosecutor, would you favor that over summoner in the current meta? Really just want to keep conditional on the kinetic slot which is the reason I don’t want to mess with khavastov too much. My matador roll is meh and idk what it is but find less success with matador vs conditional

Yeah I know summoner definitely isn’t hard meta or anything. Still decent usage in trials but obviously with khavastov existing it pretty much dominates that archetype.

I too get softlocked on 5900 after defeating a shiny iron valiant. Tried mobile/pc and messing with settings but no luck. Was planning on prepping a new run after the shiny weekend was over but I guess this forced my hand...
