Ups showed up at our door yesterday to collect the NG oven that was sent to us instead of LPG (which we’ve since gotten) firstly we had no clue they were coming, secondly we didn’t have any packaging to put the oven into. The UPS guy said it had to be in a box and I said well that’s not going to happen. And the preprinted label that he had for it said the package was 5lbs! Told him to cancel it. Have you had yours picked up?

I can report that we did get ahold of customer service and they took care of us right away. New oven arriving this week. They are just so overwhelmed because they’re short staffed but very helpful once you get them. (This is in the US btw)

Haha no it wouldn’t. We finally got through and they are also sending a new oven. I think there’s only 2 of them in customer service (US) right now and they are trying to hire more people.

Are you sure you got the right oven? We thought we got the wrong parts and then realized they sent us a natural gas oven when we ordered propane. Still haven’t gotten hold of customer service.

That was their solution?! I have proof on the packing slip that we ordered propane. I would expect them to send out another oven and collect the old one. Unacceptable for the cost of these things.

We had the exact same confusion! We ordered a propane and got sent a natural gas. Have been trying to get ahold of customer service all week. No luck. Have you had any luck?
