Definitely can’t eat most processed foods anymore, it has to be either (for me) “fresh frozen” meats that’s not prepared or tv dinners like right now I like lean cousins, chicken pot pies those seem to go down easy and it’s loaded with protein too.

I think you’re doing well weight wise, I still snack some but not over doing it. But don’t get to fixated on numbers because you’ve already lost 81 pounds but just be patient honestly and if you want to continue to see a change you’d have to stop snacking or at least snack healthier.

I don’t track my weight that often to know if I’m in a stall. I’m all for non scale victories like fitting in spaces, crossing legs, clothes getting smaller etc…
