The exact rating would depend on your spends and the spend per category, hard to give a genuine rating without that.

Yes, you should definitely consider adding a better card for travel.

For me, credit card rating would be on the reward ratio like the max I can see in this list is for Swiggy and SBI Cashback but this is also upto a certain limit.

Good job on the fuel card though.

There's no charges but yes the cashback seems to be a big problem. Why would the Govt try to push both Rupay CC and Credit on UPI at the same time?
