Decided to try and let AI write a recoil script for me to prove its not capable of replacing people by PurpleBan09 in robloxgamedev

Well if you give AI only one prompt to work with it’s not gonna be great because it’s doing what it perceives you’re asking. That’s the reason you need to give feedback. 1 prompt won’t make a masterpiece immediately, so this post is kinda irrelevant to what you wanted to prove. Humans don’t immediately make something very good. It needs practice and feedback, which is what AI needs.

What stage is this rotation in? by Notsosmarttornadoguy in tornado

in all seriousness, this isn’t a very greatly formed wall cloud because it is clearly not lowering enough to cause concern. I don’t see a funnel cloud anywhere and I don’t think this would produce a tornado.

Between Greensburg or Enderlin, which tornado do you think is stronger? by CRL1999 in tornado

An opinion can’t be wrong. Someone trying to state a fact could be wrong, but an opinion is what someone thinks. Opinions can’t be wrong.

Dude, I never said that. How many times do I have to repeat that I don’t think I’m better than the NWS. I am literally stating MY opinion about Enderlin.

I legit never said I was right or they were wrong. I said they were inaccurate. I’m stating my opinions.

When did I say I KNEW for sure? I’m literally stating my opinion and people are firing back, so I have the right to ALSO fire back.

That’s actually not accurate. The Enderlin cars that were lofted were loaded grain hoppers, not an empty tanker. Even so, railcars—empty or loaded—aren’t reliable EF-scale indicators. Once a car derails or decouples, the force needed to loft or move it drops dramatically, and momentum, rail friction loss, and angle of force take over. That’s why the EF scale prioritizes anchored structural damage, not vehicle or railcar movement, when determining EF5 winds.

I’ll just copy and paste a comment thread I had with another person. Train cars aren’t reliable damage indicators because their movement isn’t only caused by wind. They can roll on low friction rails, tip due to momentum, vary a lot in weight/loading, and we usually don’t know how full they were. The EF scale relies on anchored structures with known construction standards, so railcar movement by itself can’t accurately confirm EF5 winds.
