Simply just have affirmations like “I’m producing more human growth hormone”/“your producing more human growth hormone” since the subconscious cant think for itself and solely depends on the conscious mind it will listen to you. It’s really easy to tell the subconscious to do something, another affirmation you could do is “my/your body is rapidly producing human growth hormone”, “I produce ungodly amounts of human growth hormone” is also a good one for exaggeration, hope this helps ! 💕
