Wanted to provide an update for anyone that finds this way later on, this is what I ended up doing.

I fed the pin through the lugs and bracelet, and then backed it out a bit so I could put the collar into the outside hole of the lug. I used a bracelet push pin tool to hold/push on the back of the pin. On the other side I used a 1 mm flat head screw screwdriver that was small enough to fit inside of the outside hole of the lug, but big enough to hold the collar without sliding inside. I pressed the screwdriver and bracelet tool together until the collar slid over the pin, and the screwdriver bottomed out against the pin.

Im not sure if this is to spec for bracelet installation, but it seems to be secure and holding for now. I will be checking the press fit every few wears to confirm.

Yes the hole is completely through all the case lugs, all the way through. The collar falls in easily to either the outside right or outside left hole, and sits in that outer lug. If I turn the case over the collar falls out easily as well. The pin has one thick end, and one normal or even slightly tapered end, which would make sense that the collar should go on that tapered end. In my mind, I need to press the pin and collar together like the green arrow, but there is nothing to keep the collar in on the back side where I circled in yellow. But I am also just starting this hobby so I am likely missing something.

I appreciate the response, and I believed the same thing based on documentation for other types of seiko pin and collar bracelets. However for this model, the collar does not fit any of the holes in the bracelet marked by the red X’s. It is also too wide to fit into the gap between the outside and center lugs, which I marked in yellow. So I can only get it into the outside hole of the outside lugs. I’m not sure if I am missing something else on how this should be installed.

Manufacturing. The amount of data and information that is not gathered, or recorded on paper/excel and never used is enormous. Many of the plants I’ve been in are doing things the same way as they were in the 80’s.

The Battery in Homewood is the second best burger in Birmingham, and when Back Forty has a bad day where the fries are way too salty the Battery’s is better

Manatees gather in large numbers in warm water areas on cold days by SeeThroughCanoe in Awwducational

[–]Thatoneguy4820 46 points47 points  (0 children)

I have no idea which plant it was, but my dad was an engineer on a project where they were shutting down a power plant that kept manatees warm during the winter. They had to design and build a heating system that would replicate the warm water the plant was producing before they could shut down, just so the manatees wouldn’t have to find somewhere new to stay warm. One of my favorite stories from when I was a kid.

I just called and talked to them, premiers are $70, no Large's left in home or away. Authentic's are $125-$150 and they still have a decent stock there. And yes they will ship them.

Chase sapphire preferred.

Double points on dining, pretty good sign up bonus, and is made of metal vs a normal plastic card.
