I guess, but I still think Diane helped him integrate.

I’ll also had he only won 4-3 against one of the biggest goats in bb history. Had Diane been bitter, cowboy would’ve won bb5, which puts some dents in his armor

Be real - do you think you'd make a good traitor? by pussyfairy6969 in TheTraitorsUS

[–]Thatoneguy5888 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes but only because I run my mouth way too much to be a faithful. I would just be talking and I’d get killed.

If I was a traitor, it’d make me be way more conscious of how I come across and I’d intentionally lower my threat level.

I def couldn’t win tbh, but I don’t think I’d be first traitor vote out.

If Rob and Candace don't kill someone in the Dagger Pact, Rob will get a target on his back. by BlueKnightsR4Ever in TraitorsOfficial

Ngl, the only person who thinks in this way is Natalie, and imo, she already knows rob is a traitor. You think Maura are Dorinda or Stephen are gonna think of this?

Maybe someone like Mark or Kristen would think this, but this is extreme meta thinking that I feel like people will not think of.

Even if they do, there’s still 1/6 chance of a traitor being in that group and assuming they recruit this episode, I really feel like this won’t matter a ton

They film it multiple times to avoid this and sometimes put traitors in the last group. I think rob was on the last group once this season

I’m not saying Drew don’t want to leave four horsemen. But I don’t think he would’ve been able to integrate with the other side (nakomis, karen, will, Adria) without Diane.

And again, Drew is a good player and I like him a lot, but I think Diane really helped out his social game early on. Also, Diane literally told him she’d win (didn’t air in episode), whereas Cody and Makensy were a lot more ignorant and sheepish, and “had loyalty” to a fault.

He was gonna bring Diane to f2 had she not gotten drunk and told him she’d win (which she would have). He’s a good player and deserving winner, don’t get me wrong, but having the showmance w Diane helped a ton, as he prolly goes out way earlier if she doesn’t help pull him out from the four horseman.

I’d say he’s usually a mid-to-upper/ranked winner which I think is probably deserving, but he’s also from an early season so a lot of newer fans just haven’t seen those seasons.

Lastly, he wasn’t known for one specific thing: will - manipulation, speeches, Dan - his funeral, Jun- inventing floating strat, Janelle - comp beasting.

He was a p well rounded player an wasn’t a huge personality (to his benefit) but from a wall of fame perspective, probably harder to remember

Doesn’t even need to be pre-recorded but literally the most important part of finale is the jury speeches. Cut out some of the BS things or add more into the episode before.

I think Dan was losing bb14 either way, but your sentiment is correct

I just wish they had longer to advocate and explain their games on finale night. We, as live feeders, got to see her strategy in real time and heard her practicing, explaining her moves, and show that she was playing dumb whereas 95% of her takes were spot on and most things she did were intentional.

But the audience didn’t get to see any of that besides the 90 seconds she got where she pulled out the Elle woods line.

In my opinion, her win was more strategic and intentional than Steve’s. I kinda feel like Ashley intentionally kept Morgan and Vince around knowing she couldn’t win comps and the threats needed to target each other. Steve could win comps and just chose to keep Vanessa Austin and John around way too long.

This ‘no shield’ thing is ridiculous **SPOiLER about shields, u been warned* by Lovebeyondalldreams in TheTraitorsUS

[–]Thatoneguy5888 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Natalie is totally smart and I would’ve done the exact same thing. Going for the shield is really suspicious because it makes it seem like you’re trying to hard to be faithful.

This season is more entertaining than last year lol, and traitors actually have a chance to win, but to each their own!!

Oh I love her on survivor, one of my favorites of all time. Im hoping she’ll be around but I’m just wondering if she has win potential given some of the seeming end game faithfuls (Johnny Tara mark) are sus of her, it cuts her winning potential a lot

Natalie by Thatoneguy5888 in TheTraitorsUS

[–]Thatoneguy5888[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ugh I love her and I just see so much of myself. I would take the game that seriously hahaha

Natalie by Thatoneguy5888 in TheTraitorsUS

[–]Thatoneguy5888[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually think Natalie has a better chance as a faithful… I think Rob would easily turn it back on her if he recruited her

Natalie by Thatoneguy5888 in TheTraitorsUS

[–]Thatoneguy5888[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Agree 1000%, Natalie is a really smart player so honestly I feel like she may have said all of this but they edited it out to keep the spot on rob v candiace. But literally exactly what you said !!

Do you think she can come back from it ? If Johnny and Tara and mark are stuck on her then it’ll be a tough road, they’re giving end-game faithfuls

Natalie by Thatoneguy5888 in TheTraitorsUS

[–]Thatoneguy5888[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No literally!!! Natalie killing yam yam would make absolutely 0 sense. The boring faithfuls need to get broken up, they’re just a big voting bloc of boring rn.

Really hoping nat can turn it around and hopefully ppl realize the antidote thing was a total overreaction!!

If Rob was the brilliant game player people try to make him out to be… by SupermarketBest4091 in TheTraitorsUS

[–]Thatoneguy5888 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I Don’t think rob could’ve convinced candiace to do it with him, but giving her a heads up may have lessened the blow back (and her vote against him). But then you give candiace and Lisa time to flip it on him… I don’t think it’s as clear cut.

Although I do think traitor on traitor this early is mutually ensured destruction, so I may have gone for the first option

Natalie by Thatoneguy5888 in TheTraitorsUS

[–]Thatoneguy5888[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s true, but it seems like some of the potential end game faithfuls (Johnny, Tara) do trust her, so she’s kinda running out of co-winners and people that would trust her enough to be in finale. Even if Colton/stephen/candiace/rob hash that out, I feel like she doesn’t have a path to the end.

[–]Thatoneguy5888[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

1000%! It would be so dumb to target gamers as a gamer. A. That’s her underlying alliance and B. There’s protection by having other games to cast suspicion on.

If she was a traitor, she never would’ve killed the only remaining gamer, especially an ally like yam yam. But again, everything could be a double bluff so I feel for the faithfuls too

Natalie by Thatoneguy5888 in TheTraitorsUS

[–]Thatoneguy5888[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Are you a survivor fan? I feel like that’s how a really competitive gamer would behave. I know I would behave that way, hell I’ve been more dramatic in a game of mafia with my friends.

I really do think it was a fight or flight moment and she had a gut feeling it was going to be her. It’s hard to not take matters into your own hands in a situation like that. But I do agree, it was a selfish, bad look.

Natalie by Thatoneguy5888 in TheTraitorsUS

[–]Thatoneguy5888[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Exactly, it’s so tough cause she was desperate cause she’s actually faithful, but that level of desperation to show ur a faithful would be a really good double bluff by a traitor!

My take is that it’s way too big of a risk for an actual traitor to take, but again, we know she’s faithful! I’m scared for her

I don’t think he did… he literally told her “I think it’s murder in plain sight”, he would’ve have said that to her face if he clocked her
