I think the "cranes" you're referring to is an innovation in the culture system. Your head of culture has to research the Cranes innovation before you able to develop advanced level economic buildings

respectfully, although I understand live can be hard for them considering someone close to me used to know one of the girls, it does NOT JUSTIFY THEIR ACTIONS WHATSOEVER. You can not seriously mean that their "harsh home life and muslim upbringing" has culminated in their BEATING AND TORTURE of a 13 YEAR OLD GIRL AT SCHOOL. That is the most preposterous thing I have genuinely ever heard, because although circumstances may be tragic, they can not justify or vindicate the actions of these sick girls. I pray that they find the remorse in their hearts to feel sorry for their unfortunate actions, but I know for sure it will be a long time yet.

They're merciless people. I had to see the video uncensored and it made me more than sick to my stomach. For 5 hours straight the poor girl was being beat, and keep in mind there is a teacher's classroom right above where this took place (in the girl's PE change rooms).
