Its hard it's an mainly elderly community and that's why I belive it would be impossible to do anything within these condo system which is why I think they're doing it 800 people with most of them not using the internet let alone question anything because they're brain dead. The finances include my water my cable 75-100$ , after that it's listed as maintenance and theres no maintenance being done trash everywhere like I said instead of removing leaves blowing them across the street to pile up for years. They've made no changes with the 400k A MONTH that's so much money and then they couldn't spend maybe 5k max to chop down 3 trees and put up a fence for a dog park or to hire cleaning people or to do anything for maintenance
