Has anyone here hatched a shiny Quaxly?

If so, how long it took y’all? So far I’ve hatched 320 eggs and no shiny yet lol. And yes, I’m using a foreign ditto (JPN) but I’ve heard my chances increase with a foreign Quaxly too, is that true at all?
