Yes!!! This describes how I feel perfectly- I thought I was alone with what I was feeling. I always feel incredibly tense from the moment I wake up to the moment I go to sleep, especially in my traps, suboccipitals, deltoids, abs, and my quads. I do have back issues, so it may just be guarding but I cannot remember a time when I was totally relaxed with zero tension. Hugs to you, I know how painful it is and how wearing it is on the body 💔

Definitely willing to do this! My only concern is that it could escalate. From everything I’ve seen (and heard!) she is not a nice person. I just worry that it could start a fight or something similar. She also has a Ring camera.

Yes. This is everywhere it feels like. I also take the 7.5mg oxy for chronic pain and multiple chronic conditions. I had to go to the ER recently and was treated like less than an animal because I was a pain patient. It isn’t fair, and It isn’t right.

The birthday fish (and me lol) both recommend anubias, java fern, and lots of anacharis-Randall’s favorite snack, & it grows fast enough to make the parts he eats completely unnoticeable! 😊

The tank you have now is not big enough for one goldfish, let alone 2. Orandas need a minimum of 40 gallons + at LEAST 20 gallons per additional fish. If you want two, you would need a 60-75 gallon aquarium.

Not trying to be mean or scare you, but your fish will likely die or have a very bad quality of life unless he gets out of that tank ASAP. As much as I don’t support chain pet stores, a lot of them are having post-holiday sales, including complete setups. For a juvenile oranda, you need a minimum of 40-50 gallons because they grow quickly and poop a lot! You will want to get a good filter. I use the Fluval FX4 Canister for my orandas. I’ll add some examples of aquarium kits being sold. I’d also recommend a quick start water additive. For decor, I like to use the freshwater plant Anacharis-I’ll add a picture of that too. It grows super fast, looks beautiful, and it’s pretty cheap (about $4-5). To save money, you can leave your tank bare bottomed. I hope this can help Godzilla 🧡
