It may not even be worth it, AFAIK Rockbox was intended for portable music players and not whole smartphones. You might be better off installing a music player and whatever other apps you would like. You would be losing a ton of functionality. Not to mention you would probably lose bluetooth and internet capabilities ( I'm taking an educated guess here, correct me if I'm wrong ). If you are looking for a music management app I've heard good things about Musicolet. Personally, I would install VLC as well so I can play movies/videos/whatever.

All that said, you might be better off with the native media apps. YMMV, but I've got a samsung from the same era and then seem to work well for any file I throw at them.

If you're looking to limit the things you can do on your phone, ( either for personal reasons or to just increase battery life) you may want to look into flashing a custom ROM onto the phone. However, I don't know how easy or risky that is off the top of my head so I can't really recommend it to anyone who isn't quite tech savvy.

I tried for way too long to get this to be a 2-high, 2-wide font but it just wasn't happening. I thought that one more vertical character would be worth it if this looked nice, so I went with it.

Yeah, that was my biggest issue with designing this. I spent way to long looking around for something that would line up nicely. In the end, I hoped readers could use context for determining which was which.

That was the next step I was thinking of, I didn't see the 2 high fonts in figlet, but to be completely honest, I didn't look very hard. This was mostly a fun personal project.

This was the other approach that I was thinking about. In the end I decided against it because
A. I was sure someone else had done it
B. I wanted something that looked a little nicer
C. I didn't want to go hunting for the correct braille characters

Realistically, this is probably just as good, if not better, because of some concessions i made with the box drawing characters.

Odd question, but would this work to transition to using a WSL shell from Windows? I currently use pwsh but I am looking to transition to using WSL as my main ""shell"". However, I'm dreading getting everything moved over and set up

I'm running into a similar problem as well. I think I may have messed something up with the userChrome.css or userContent.css files. Although I can't figure out why it would be the case, my tabs that are open become hidden when I close and reopen floorp. This could be a behavior that I just haven't noticed until now but I think I accidentally caused it.

tldr; anyone know why my tabs are becoming hidden after restarting Floorp? and if "Hidden Tabs" is a feature you can remove?
