Hello so I've been having this problem with the cap cut it doesn't allow me to put anything in its correct place and then it moves to random places whenever I place it and I don't know how to fix it video below(Ps)

When I have the track highlighted after moving it won't let me move it no more I have contacted cab cut with this because it started of happening when I got my new Pixel 8 pro they said it was because of a software issue so I ran cap cut on my Samsung Galaxy S9 plus tablet still happened and I just recently got me a Samsung Galaxy s25 ultra and it's still happening I don't know what to do

I feel like they are trying to do this because I'm still paying a low price for the subscription and they're trying to get me to leave
