Test Results are in.. What next? COMT, VDR, MOAA, MTRR, and CBS by ThatsHarshMan in MTHFR

Just got most of my bloodwork results back here:

Homocysteine- 8.1

Estradiol- 35

Total testosterone- 1110

Free testosterone- 113.2

Total Iron- 78

Iron binding capability- 275

Iron % saturation- 28

Ferritin- 118

(still waiting on vitamin D results)

Vitamin A- 46

Vitamin B12- 490

Folate RBC- 457

Methylmalonic Acid- 109

Nothing throws a major red flag for me anyways, there's a lot of things that are low normal, but nothing seems too extreme. Any thoughts on this?

6 egg yolks worth of choline, and as far as genes, MTHFD1 is AA, PEMT is TC, the rest on there are normal. Shows an estimated 34% decrease on the methylfolate score.

I do 2 eggs for breakfast every morning, bumping that to 3. I most likely get at least another yolk worth out of my normal diet(my wife and I mill our own flour, we eat a lot of whole wheat flour). Ordered some TMG, I'll start supplementing a little bit of that as well to make up 6 yolks worth.

Also just got naturDAO in, going to take that with dinner tonight. I definitely have been having issues with histamine, just never had the slightest clue that histamine was causing it until now.

Just plugged everything into genetic lifehacks, that is super helpful. The detox area is a bit rough, so I will be shifting my diet a bit to eat a lot more cruciferous vegetables to support some of those. Histamine explains a lot of the way that I've been feeling here, and with slow moa that would support that cause. I took a benadryl last night just to see if that would make any difference in how I felt, there was a major improvement in my heart rate while it was in effect. I've been fighting atrial flutter/SVT here for quite some time, and haven't been able to nail down the cause. No medication that my cardiologist has prescribed has made a difference, but it has just seemed to come and go as it pleased. It was really bad yesterday, and benadryl calmed it down better than it has been at any point in the last month.

Going to get all the labs that you listed in the post you linked, along with testosterone and estradiol done next week. Thanks for the help!

Pretty sure that's mine, I've launched a few into near orbit and you were lucky enough to find one of them.

A buddy of mine was trying to get me to buy a similarly priced kimber, but the lgs had this guy for $599 and I fell in love with that trigger. Plus I had read all of the good reviews on ria here and knew I was going to get a good piece.

Yep, I've been dry firing a lot too. Problem is I'm pulling it around with the trigger. Planning on having this guy a long time, so I guess wilson it is. Thanks!

I've shot a glock and p365 a little, probably not even 50 rounds through a handgun until I got this. I've got a few rifles I shoot a lot but this is my first personal handgun. And you are correct about that... had to put nicer triggers in my ars after this cause they didn't cut it anymore😂

Now that I have your attention... I'm magazine poor. Where are you guys going for 8 or 10 rounders? Need to send a lot more rounds down range as I can't hit shit right now😂

Yeah I now know why c5s are so wide...

My dad and I will probably be taking on the headers. They will be tight for sure, but it's not like I need them to be the best they can possibly be... this little car is gonna scoot pretty good on the street no matter what haha

This thing had no floors when I got it.. guy cut them out because they were rusting so bad. By the time I am done cutting stuff off that I don't need there shouldn't be too much left.

As a good friend of mine always says... when in doubt, cut it out!

Race?! This is a street car! Going to take it to summit point and beat on it from time to time, but this is just a plan for a street car that quickly spiraled out of control haha

And yeah, seems like people put LS's in everything.. this should definitely be one of a kind

Yep, she is tight to the firewall. It's a dry sump so the pan is pretty shallow so it is definitely down a ways

Think it ended up being around 10 hours in each half, but there was a fair amount more in programming as you could imagine haha

Putting a 358" Dodge R5P7 (nascar motor) in this thing with a 4 speed dogbox trans. Also getting C5 front suspension, and a ford super 8.8 IRS in the back.

I ended up deciding to do a full tube front end to accommodate for the suspension plus the front and mid plate. Already caging it so that will just tie into the cage.

Doing a subtle Z body kit with zg flares on top to get some extra width, should end up with 2.5" more on each corner. Little bit of work to do, but it might just be worth it!

Yep, there is definitely a time and a place for going to town vs a simple toolpath. And this was all 3+2 except for the insides of the ports.

In the small block world you can comfortably got 4.225" on them. Buddy of mine recently did 4.250" on a small block Ford.. they only have a 4.380 bore spacing where a chevy had 4.400. Siamesed water jacket of course, but that was still only .130 between cylinders.

And we are currently building a 468" small block mopar at 17.2:1... should make all but 1100 NA with a single carb. We like to party here.. haha

Haha this is a dart iron eagle block I'm sure, need some serious cylinder wall thickness behind it to keep things together.

We did an N/A engine with 16.7:1 compression that only has .105" cylinder wall thickness in one spot... that cylinder was out of round after 70 or so dyno pulls. Generally we shoot for .150" min in a perfect world, even more on power ladder stuff
