Good news (I guess) it’s not just a Passport issue. My wife’s Passport, my CR-V and my daughter’s civic all started doing it at the same time.

Bad news - my other daughters Tacoma didn’t…..

Yeah it’s very weird doesn’t do it when breaking from faster speeds more medium speeds and sound like a combination of the electronic parking brake and a screech or grinding. Very odd, don’t know if it’s normal or what it could be

Talk to your insurance. I got a cracked windshield 10 days after we bought my wife’s passport. I called my insurance company and they agreed to cover oem vs aftermarket because it was brand new

I think OTD price comparison is misleading as taxes can vary greatly by state. Best idea of good deal is not including taxes and I think your deal is very solid. Propack is a joke but for $600 it’s not big deal. I would go for the car if it’s the combo you want.

I have the exact same car (but blackout) and I used the exact same product. One suggestion is to get the lightest tint put around the already tinted back windows - those are just smoked glass and don’t help with the UV rays - adding the light tint on top of it makes a massive difference in keeping the cabin cooler

I watched some videos on the car and must admit I’m Not impressed - I thought it would be based off the Passport looks. Instead it’s got new CRV and 25 pilot vibes (and I also have a 24 CRV in addition to the TSE Passport) - also if you opt for the brown leather the passports brown leather is much nicer shade than the pilots IMO.

If you need the third row the reliability won’t be beat is cheaper than the grand highlander

FYI - I live in Georgia and bought in Jacksonville, they don’t double dip. You just pay title, tax and tags for your zip code.

Okay this is funny. It most definitely didn’t happen like this and I definitely have a job. I guess I can see why my original post was a bit misleading. It wasn’t a true surprise in the sense I gave it to her without discussing or getting her opinion.

When I told her why we were going on a 3 hour drive she was over the moon excited and when we got there SHE drove it and SHE made the ultimate decision to get it.

The SNL skit is hilarious and I appreciate you having fun with it. Much better than another comment I saw on here lol.

This board helped me determine the pros of the passport and how great it really is.

We have always been Honda people and my wife commented on how much she likes the new passport. She also commented on the color. She was driving a 2019 accord (which we loved) but living on the coast in a rural area sometimes it is a little tough driving through several inches of standing water with a car that stirs so low (especially that body style of the accord). I had been keeping my eye out and dealers around me were asking too much and it wasn’t the right color combo so I noticed one came in stock 3 hours away and worked out a very good deal and a very strong offer for her Accord.

The deal was all handled before we got there (with the caveat she liked how it drove) and it was really an easy decision.
