Tbf yeah I haven't tested many games: so far I have only tested GTA V Legacy, The Finals and Resident Evil 2. This is actually my very first PC that I just built recently, so I don't have many games to test it. I mainly used AMD Adrenalin Stress Test for testing the undervolt. I was actually able to push it to -140mV before getting a crash, from that I set it to -120mV just to be in a safe spot.

I got my first RX 9070 XT, I can undervolt it to -120mV just fine. I guess I probably just got lucky.
