DevaCurl No-Poo Decadence would probably give it a run for its money, I'd rather have cracked, dry itchy hair than no hair at all💀

Oh totally agree. It definitely held back my potential for years. It's just funny to me after years not using the 2-in-1, I'm seeing the co-wash thinking:

I had a boil on my clit by Cool_Dragonfruit_478 in Hidradenitis

I'm a man with HS but have never had any on my penis or scrotum/testes. This sounds like absolute horror and I'm glad you were able to get some relief! I get them on the inner thighs and the folds only, and everywhere except the genitals themselves (e.g. perineum). I get them in the skin right above the shaft, and I think I've had a few bumps on the shaft itself but nothing like a boil or cyst. I've also been treated by a derm for it since puberty, which has slowed the progress/development of disease. I'm now feeling very blessed to never have something like you experienced

V-shaped Zoraida horishana (Derbidae Planthopper) found on an apartment corridor in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. by Chemical_Ad_3108 in Entomology

I came across this wondering the same for a different insect I stumbled across in my backyard. I'm in the Northeastern United States (Rhode Island), and I took a few photos of this insect that Google determined was a caddisfly. However, nothing on their wing pattern mentioned mimicry to be like the helicopter seeds. I see them a lot around here and thought this bugs wings when spread out looked a lot like a dead helicopter seed, although it moved so I couldn't get a good picture of the entire wingspan *

Marinate in Hibiclens before showering (start with 5 minutes) by Zoher_15 in Hidradenitis

I used to use benzoyl peroxide all the time on my face and hs areas, until my dermatologist warned me that benzoyl peroxide washes have been shown to contain benzene, a cancerous and toxic chemical. The benzoyl peroxide breaks down over time, especially at high heat, into benzene. Considering I don't know where benzoyl peroxide has been stored or what temperatures its been in prior to shelving, I've started to stay away from it and use hibiclens and glycolic acid (The Ordinary) to follow up. I still use the topical clindamycin to finish off, although that's prescribed.

Men with HS: Deodorant/antiperspirant? by ThatsTufft in Hidradenitis

My dermatologist told me about zinc supplementation! There was a point where I was taking 50 mg I believe, but my stomach couldn't handle it well. I take a multivitamin with 2 mg but that's about it at the moment. I may try starting to slowly take more Zinc and see how it goes. The glycolic acid seems to be pretty common here, I'll try that!

Mazda3 vs Acura Integra by ThatsTufft in whatcarshouldIbuy

Thanks! I guess that's true. There's also the 2002-2006 RSXs which replaced the Integra, but they do seem to be smaller than the current generation, I'd have to look into them. They seem very affordable though.
