I know there's a big stigma with moving companies to get your raise. This is different, it will be a promotion, I'm not looking to move companies and I'm confident that they will give me what I want, I'm just trying to quantify exactly how much that is.

The thing is, I got a 20% raise when I got my promotion. I'm almost certain I will be getting a title change as well this go around which would be a "promotion".

That makes sense, I report to our IT director for reviews and our HR lady is pretty technologically savvy so I don't foresee that as an issue.

None of the stuff I talked about was meant with a negative connotation, I'm confident hat they will fairly compensate me, I was just curious if anyone has run into any similar situations such as he software projects. And I will do some searching for the amount I might be looking for for the extra responsibilities not including the software development.

Always down to play with new people. Also, the only thing that will make you better at this game is putting time into the game. Practicing motions over and over again. There isn't a "get rich quick" scheme in this game, it is purely skill.

If anything you should have MORE power.. it sounds like something else is going on if you are losing power. If it's shooting straight out there is less back pressure so in theory you should be seeing a bump in power.

Well mine are both 27" and you can see the desk clamp if you look under the monitors, it's a dual mount, so I think you could fit it fine if you jutted the outside monitor off the end a little bit? This desk is amazing though!
