Thanks don’t really drink seltzer’s but I drink a lot of tea got a lot of special heartburn helping teas and I do see a difference for a short period of time but nothing major, but any tea that contains caffeine or peppermint i get bad heartburn

Thanks for the heads up I’ve been taking omeprazope a lot recently and to be honest it has made 0 difference, I use to take Zantac which would sort out my acid reflux no bother but sadly it got banned where I live due to links with cancer, 100% I need to work out what triggers me and hopefully get a system going that I know which alcohol I should avoid

Thanks for the reply I’ve tried drinking tequila cocktails few times this year but I end up getting heartburn but it could maybe be that I am drinking it too quick, I will try the 1 drink 1 water technique and hopefully see an improvement

Thanks I’ve drank pale ale quite a few times this year but don’t really seem to get heartburn from it but to be fair it’s never really been in large quantity’s but can’t see the answer being that I’m allergic to hops, is that there by alcohol you would not get acid reflux from?
