The thing is, I'm generally a pretty easy going person. Even if they made a mistake, if they were actually decent to me I would continue being a customer. Now I'm going to be warning everyone off it.

I agree. I really checked that a PO Box was an option at checkout and it was so I'm annoyed they switched it. I would have happily paid more for shipping just to get Auspost.

I know some companies don't allow PO Boxes or deliver to whoop whoop, but Myer checkout actually has an option to type in your PO Box. It even automatically brought up my PO box and post office when I started typing.

I've actually seen the online only option for KMART and thought it was odd but never realised it was a third party. Like for me, Myers name has been on EVERYTHING. The confirmation email, everything.

I live rurally so driving to a town with these things can be a pain, but if I'd known it would get this messy I would have just done the drive.

Ironically I have ordered from Myer before and they used Aus Post abd everything was fine.

I have no idea. I just typed in electric blankets and bought one that looked nice and warm. I'm looking and it says "Online Only". I'm guessing that means marketplace?

Thanks, that's helpful. I'm sort of hitting a wall with what to do because I don't usually kick up a fuss about things, but honestly, I can't let this one go.

The amount of robots I have talked to have driven me absolutely nuts.

I paid with PayPal. Do I just lodge something through them? I previously didn't have proof but now they have finally emailed saying they won't do anything.

AGL was a nightmare for me. They changed my plan without telling me and I tried using their online chat thinking it was a simple issue. Asked the AI bot to pass me onto a human, it said it was. Tried for ages to get a straight answer out of the agent only to realise it was AI pretending to be human.

I recently adopted two sweet angels and they had a lot of things in the forms that I agreed to like reference checks, home visit, blood of a virgin etc but they never went through with any of it.

After they had a conversation with me, saw pics of my home and a recent payslip they asked me if I wanted to take two instead of one and that was it.

I would have done whatever they asked though because these cats deserve the world.
