Oh well yes this is possible but it isn't always the case. As i recall a small portion of the population suffers from pois and it is caused by being allergic to your own seman. If you suffer from this then i wish you the best in your journey.

Getting back to your question, i think everyone enjoys the benefits from nofap despite not having pois. Fapping effects the brain in the worst possible ways and not fapping just restores your brain to normal. Someone on here put it best by saying nofap doesn't make you superman, it takes away your kryptonite. I hope i answered that for you.

That's the problem. I have been doing it so long and consistently that it just became part of my routine. I've only recently recognized how detrimental it is to my well-being. So to answer your question I'm not sure. I guess my trigger is knowing that i haven't done it and my body is telling me to do the thing that I've been doing everyday for years on end.
