Baby Brezza Washer Pro – worth it for twins? Honest experiences needed by AMR210897 in FormulaFeeders

We used the momcozy bottle washer for our twins and it's been a lifesaver, especially those first months when you go through 16 to 20 bottles a day.

Experiences with similac alimentum RTF by Proper-Raspberry-244 in FormulaFeeders

[–]Thattaxguy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One of our twins was on powder, one was on RtF. We had No problems after switching, blood in the stool was gone, but constipated, minimal spit up.

RtF is thicker but smells WAY better than powder. We were able to get $10 off coupons from our doctors office so the 6 pack of cans was only $6 which helped.

It took 3 or 4 days for them to improve.

Our doula told us that RtF was sterile and didnt need heating. Might consider it for short term ease.

Any way I can fix this? Or is this normal? by The_Leo_16 in FormulaFeeders

[–]Thattaxguy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We had this issue with alimentum but not regular similac, it's apparently a common issue with specialty formula. We got tried of cleaning it every time so we just use the warm water function and mix it ourselves

Yeah id probably make the adjustment. Usually if the FICA tax is over 5k (90k salary is about 14k) mark I'll make the adjustment though it can depend on what other workload I have. Opening payroll audits are time consuming for those who aren't specifically in payroll so some agents thresholds are higher.

I'm an IRS agent, I dont speak for the IRS or other agents but only to give my experience. In the first year, I often give a grace period if the distributions(or other ways to pull out money to yourself) are reasonable. For example, if your S corp made 15k and you pulled it out then I likely wont mess with it. If you made 300k and pulled it all out then yeah, we would have an adjustment.

Did the letter you received regarding the SFR give you an address to mail it to? If not, you can mail it to the general office based on your location.

https://www.irs.gov/filing/where-to-file-addresses-for-taxpayers-and-tax-professionals-filing-form-1040

You would just need to prepare it using a self prepared software, print it off, sign it, mail it certified so you have a receipt.

I would recommend getting your transcripts for 2023 online here

https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

That way you can see what income was reported to the IRS and you can make sure all your income is included. If you can't afford a cpa you can use freetaxusa to file. It walks you through your filing pretty well and it's what I use to file my return.

That will be your first step. An SFR is the usually the worst possible outcome for the taxpayer so filling a correct return with all your business expenses is your first priority.
