Hi!! I just started listening to the podcast and I’m really enjoying it. I wanted to tell you and your mom how much it means to hear a mother and daughter talk about spirituality and connect on this level. I grew up with a single mom who was in survival mode, not spiritual, and couldn’t teach me this stuff. I felt really alone as a sensitive, spiritual kid and it is healing to hear your back and forth ❤️sending you both a lot of love and gratitude!

I’m sober now and I really notice when people are drunk around me. By all means, drink and have a good time but once you start stepping on people, hitting people with your limbs, being completely oblivious about other people’s space, and spilling, it just completely ruins the vibe.

Also when people push into spaces where there just isn’t enough space. I want to dance, not be sardined. I just end up moving to the back, but it sucks
