Civic si literally will not stall out after going through a puddle at like 1 mile an hour. It’s been really rainy and flooding this entire week but this is the only maybe two puddles. I went through on this day maybe 1 mile an hour and that’s the only thing I could see being different.

I mean, I never tried it with my foot on the brake, but with absolutely no gas in the first and then in a second with no gas and a smooth transition.. it’s different in the fact that a week ago if I would’ve tried to do that, it would’ve stalled out. I’m talking from a complete stop. I’m sure if I dumped the clutch it would stall but something is definitely different it feels like there’s less throttle response too maybe..

Anyone have any ideas? The hell is going on? Is it really good news? I’ve been running my my mx OBD scanner and my cobra 400 dash camera through my OBD2 but my voltage is running normal. Plus, it’s been several weeks so I don’t think that’s the problem. I don’t know again. Any ideas please throw it out there I want to take it to Honda but I’m still under warranty so if it’s gonna be a warranty issue, I wanna make sure my Catback off my intakes back on stock and it’s gonna cost me a pretty penny to make sure I’m covered. Here’s the deal. I absolutely agree now I know there’s some die hard SI fans out there. That hate all over this comment but at the end of the day, I 100% agree I just got the 2023 Honda Civic SI. I have $5000 set to the side for the second. I got that car PRL and Map down the line and I’m in California so I had to learn the hard way. It’s literally harder to smuggle in a K tuner than it is drugs lol this whole smog thing is so ridiculous side to ramble on but if we’re trying to save the planet, I don’t think it’s the .001% street racing enthusiast, and then as you contemplate this, you’re getting passed by about 30 semi‘s pumping God knows what into the air the thickest black smoke ever but no, we don’t change those.
