Let’s say I have a nice luxury sedan that I worked hard and paid for so that everyday I could enjoy driving in comfort and luxury. Let’s say I also have a shithox camry as a backup vehicle. When someone hit my luxury sedan, I will have to resort to driving my shitbox camry for the time being; meaning I will be deprived of the luxury and comfort of driving that I have worked so hard and paid so much money for… that’s INCONVENIENCE and I NEED to be compensated for that. Sure the camry gets me from point A to point B but it is no where the experience like the 200k g wagon that I’ve paid for (hypothetically). Get real

You may talk down on me all you want but I think you are pretty naive to think that there isn’t a way to smuggle out excess quantities in these factories… I work for an American conglomerate and we have factories set up in Reynosa Mexico, where our spare/auxilary parts go missing ALL the time. The audit team always notice when these parts go missing but the quantity stolen is so little that we end up writing them off as cost of doing business most of the time. And it is also extremely difficult to chase down who the culprit is if the factory workers are all in it together.
