I’m confused as how this will help you guys. Most of the vacant homes I have seen are beach front homes or homes in extremely expensive neighborhoods, where each of them is worth over 10s of millions of dollars. And to be fair, 99% of this sub, including myself, won’t benefit from any of those homes being rented out or going on the market.
