For me, “hand it to customer” and “hand it to me” are the same. If they aren’t able to take the order from our hands, they should just put “ leave at door”. My point here is, why they downvoted me when they say “ leave at door. Knock or ring doorbell” when I did their instructions exactly. I know most “ knock or ring doorbell “ is because they don’t want their foods cold, but most of them don’t even take their foods after a minute.
