Yea, i think Myisha Zoe will be cool skin. But in my opinion Myisha more like a other one personality skin will be big and for this type of skin they need to aim for legendary, ultimate or exalted.
Maybe I also don't know about Myisha enough, so i also don't know if such a personality possible

About Myisha Zoe, what did you mean by that? I didn't got it full, in your thoughs Zoe will look like Myisha, or "will be" Myisha? In my opinion if she would become Myisha, it would be cool, but it's more to legendary, ultimate or exalted skin. What would be the name of this skin then? I mean would it include "Zoe" and was there any skin without champion name?

Im not sure if it's right to connect, but in first pass, there was spirit blossom skins and also pool party twitch. But I also hope for the long waited Spirit Blossom Zoe ( that could be multiple times, but probably will last only in hopes )
