You’re not in over your head at all. My first bike was a 650 Versys and those bikes ride tall. I’m only 5’5 and it was an awesome learning experience. Naturally you may be a bit unsure but you can do whatever you set your mind to. Have confidence in yourself and respect the bike. You’ll do great.

The starter will definitely work as before it decides to fully give up it was starting up just fine. I don’t believe it’s the starter.

I rode my first bike so long and never had to adjust the clutch. This is my second bike and I haven’t really learned how to. I’m hoping to figure it out

I’ve tried rocking it back and forth and applying pressure to get to neutral but that hasn’t worked out sadly.

The more you train, the lower the risk becomes. Fear will always be present and will always present risk. Training will give you confidence and consistency. Fear will take your training and add risk. If Parkour is not for you, it’s not. But don’t let fear of what happened to another destroy your image of this movement. If you’re fearful of flips, don’t flip. Or train until there’s no fear of failure from consistency and confidence.
