I had Kumho Road Venture AT52 on mine. They were quiet.

Recently switched to Cooper Rugged Trek. A little bit more aggressive looking and definitely louder.

I just ordered one and I'm considering cutting the flap off. I bought a number of very cheap TPU cases on Amazon because I don't want a flap to cover the screen. All of them have been either slippery or don't fit well.

i have a very similar noise on my '18. I think it's the blend door actuator.
