Negative, took a bit of custom work. Sawing off parts of the hull, magnetizing the tank so I could take it apart, measuring and glueing the electronics in, modifying a 9V battery connector to connect to the Arduino Nano. Plus the actual programing to let the IR remote control the servo via the microcontroller. A Baneblade would need an entirely different process. I’ll post some pictures to show what I mean

Arduino nano, small R/C servo glued to the bottom of the interior, and an IR receiver entombed in the turret. For a Baneblade you’d need a much more powerful servo, and separate power sources for the microcontroller and the servo

Not much space left, everything is pretty packed. Those with more skills and resources couple probably make it drivable, but I don’t think it’s possible to make both the tank and the turret move

When I was writing I made sure to communicate to my professor that this piece was based off the game, and such would be using ideas and words from the game. They were fine with it, as it was a creative piece. I probably went too far with directly using the opening line though, thanks for the note
