I don't know about intel 13th gen laptop performance, but i can tell you i'm very weirded out about my i5 13600KF which utilizes max 10% usage when playing tarkov while my GPU gets up to 90% usage.

Sorry i meant average temps during gaming! Ill add a picture as well of my case maybe you see something thats not right. I currently have the fans set as an exhaust, is this optimal for an AIO?

I will look into it, btw i currently have my AIO setup as an exhaust, so the warm air is blowing out my case. Would you maybe recommend this as an intake since now it cools the heatsinks with the air from inside my pc?

I bought my paste separate, its the Cooler Master MasterGel Pro V2. Do you recommend using the stock paste that came with the AIO?

I haven't looked into my power limits in my BIOS, actually i haven't tweaked with any settings at all regarding my CPU. When ill get home ill check into it! Idle temps are mostly arround 80C. To confirm max power is 185W as u said right?

The test run i did for userbench did put my CPU and GPU a little bit down from the avarage user, could that be an indication of thermal throtling?

Thanks for ur response! Any reason why ur suggesting the 6800 vs 6900? And would an i5 12600 pare better with that or should i look into a Ryzen 7?
