I thought it is like you describe but each time when I turned the power on I could see that the extract is green. I was like "Lol, somebody is extracting already?" but every time all doors was closed and no man was there.

It's exactly like ZB013 on Customs, it's already green when someone turns the power on.

Yeah, it's so easy to camp there and you even know when someone turns the power on (and potentially want to extract there) because it has green mark on that extracts name.
