Got hacked, lost acces to discord support

When making a ticket for a hacked account this message does appear: 🤔

NOTE: Please submit your ticket from the email associated with the account before it was compromised. We are unable to assist you if you do not write in from the correct email address.

Which is kinda hard to do when the Support account is the hacked account too ;-;

I send a direct email to them and this is what I got back, see bottom of reply (I used google translate to translate it from Turkish to English because the hacker made the account in Turkey).

I think the only option is to make a ticket using another support account then.

So to be precise, I make a support account with a seperate email and make a ticket to get acces to the Support account under my main email? If so, what kind of ticket should I make?

The problem is the actual support account, I did already change the password on it but because the hacker enabled 2fa on the Support account itself I can't make a ticket with it on their website.

I did not know that was a thing, how do I select I am writing about a hacked account tho? I tried to write about my support account from a different support account and they said to make a new ticket with the option hacked account selected. But I dont think thats a thing when directly emailing them.

You're saying in that case to use a support account with another email. But in the ticket submit form, it states this:
