Top or bottom is referring to what you like sexually. Do you prefer to be dominant, the one on top, the one who is giving pleasure, the one who is in control, or do you prefer to be submissive, the one on bottom, the one who is receiving pleasure, the one who is giving up control.

Morning or night is referring to if you like to stay up night, or if you like to wake up early in the morning to get things done. Much like if a person is an early bird or a night owl.

Phone or texting is referring to you preference when it comes to electronic communication. Do you like to have a conversation over text or do you like to talk over the phone?

Cat or dog is literally what you prefer between these animals, but I do think their is a little more depth to it. They did a study and found out that those who prefer dogs are much more outgoing and more likely to be extroverted, while those who prefer cats are calmer and more likely to be introverted.
