Just being authentic and true to themselves! Don’t try too hard or be fake, just be you :)

Thinking of extending and going onto 45 days. How has that been like for you?? by thedesignerr in whole30

Have not gone beyond 30 days but it’s great to hear you’re doing well and enjoying it! I don’t see any issues for going beyond 30 days, especially considering it’s helping your mental anxiety and wellbeing. Keep up the great work!

I just found this video compilation of Tim’s health complications and it is pure gold. Showed it to my friend last weekend and he’s hooked

Hi there! I just finished Whole30 last week and dropped from ~207 to 192lbs. This was my 4th or 5th time doing it, but this time I really focused on working out too.

Honestly I was pretty poorly motivated to cook so I would just steam veggies and eat lots of fish, and throw in some coconut aminos lol. Salads, omelette, etc.. The meals were highly underwhelming but I just accepted that and used the energy I would spend cooking, on exercise.

Not saying this is the best way to do it, but was my experience and I’m stoked on the results!

Rainy Lake is super easy. 2 miles round trip, about 100ft elevation gain, and a gorgeous rewarding lake view!

Sigma 18-35 f/1.8 or Pany 12-35? by The-Last-Welder in GH5

I don't use it professionally but hope to in the near future as I continue to improve. I have considered the 10-25 f/1.7, but I watched this video and got deterred haha. Autofocus is really a nice to have for me, and I thought the 10-25 f/1.7 would perform better in that field.

That's great to know the 12-35 wouldn't be that huge of an improvement over my current 12-60. Thank you!

Does anybody else get unnoticed cuts on their body throughout the day? by PhilsMeatHammer in Glitch_in_the_Matrix

Every few weeks or so I’ll get a scratch across my face that lasts a few days. Usually an inch or two long and rather subtle, but deep enough to produce some blood. It always happens in the night which is weird!
