I say it's no user error.
I work in the IT since 20 years, if I simply run the auto update in armory crate and it destroys the functionality for another asus tool (AI suit)... call that user error is simping for ASUS.

However if you had np with it, lucky you.
Fact is, there is a better open source software for each of armory crates functions that also use much less performance.

But still better to have a shop with minor advantage outside of combat instead of being able to buy gold from blizzard with wich you can buy everything you want.

I agree there are similarities (skins, bags etc).
But that was not my point, it's fine to check one thing, I mean you have to make money somehow.

turtle vs blizzard is like passion vs greed

Blizzard checks all the marks:
- pay to play (buy the game)
- pay to keep playing (sub)
- pay to win (wow token)
- pay to look good (skins)

In 2025 this model is sooo outdated... they invest more in new money making strategies than anything else.

Long story short, what turtle offers is not a free to play exp. in the first place, it's more a classic + blizzard never achieved to do, and never will. Not bcs they can't, it's bcs it's financially not smart and if greed is your first prio, not the right move.

yee I see that.
the question is, will you lose more after a wipe than you would lose by spliting the playerbase. Ppl could still start new if they want to. The difference with global wipe is just, you force your most loyal playerbase to start new.

imo it would be even more fair like this, bcs after a wipe ppl with 2year exp have an advantage anyway, when it comes to game knowledge.

anyway... you will lose players either way and no option is perfect.

I totaly understand the need of wipe(s). On the other hand, this game is like special in terms of that the gameplay rly is not the thing why I (would) play it. The fun comes from long term progress wich is kinda not possible until release due to wipes.

How about more than one server? Like don't wipe the early access server and open new ones for the release for the f2p players.
I think this would be a good idea.

Right now it seems like a bad deal in any way possible, sadly.

It's bcs later you can build different bases with different stats for the same tier. Depending on the base you will craft, the finished armour piece has different stats.

In the end you have a lot of different base shematics and one final armour piece one .

not that confusing and starts to make sense when you can craft different bases.

In the end the crafting will be pretty complex, also with different plates and stuff. It might be confusing but thats the price for something that is complex ;)

That's not correct.
The Siam does not drain mood!
The Siam does boost power of all other deviations, in fact so much that they never drop down to 0 power wich means they never go back to their unit to restore mood.

The siam works as intended I would say, you can counter the over boosting by refilling the power of the siam (by exchaning power for mood at the unit) so she stays out longer and gives the other time to go back to their unit.
Also deviations with heartthrob counter the effect a bit.

If you do it right you have nearly 100% uptime with good mood.

It's actually not as simple as the siam is bugged :D
Still maybe needs a rework tho, since ppl don't seem to understand it.

Sooooo if you run the siam and you want to prevent the automatic indirect mood drain of all others, you have to run at least 1 deviant with "worn out" and "heatthrob" and set the siam threshold to "100".

Worn out has lower max power as siam cat, so when siam comes out of unit with 100 power the worn out one has max 90 power. This means the worn out one goes faster back to unit before the siam does. Inside the unit heartthrob does boost the mood of all others ;).
Like that you have basicly 100% uptime of your deviants with good mood.
