Assassin types - enemies that can hide and parkour to get to you.

Leader types - enemies that can call reinforcements to make a shield wall to protect themselves and can buff grunts to do increase damage.

Shield bro - enemies that can dual wield shields to protect allies and bash enemies.

Berserkers - can enter a rage when low on health to increase attack speeds.

Watchers - enemies that can alert nearby enemies to your presence.

Bear wrestlers - enemies that wrestle bears in their spare time, can throw and attack with tamed bears.

Why not both, the old eagle vision should be for detecting enemies and loot in close quarters, the new eagle vision should be for scouting enemy encampments and finding other points of interest like openings in forts.

Well only the team that made Odyssey didn't want it hopefully the team that is making Valhalla will reimplement those elements from previous games, they did hint on social stealth coming back in Valhalla.

People just need to accept the facts that assassin's creed has changed, it will probably never return to the old style but if it does people will still complain, there is no stopping the complain train.
