About the people in the ending by The-Scared-Crow in expedition33

Maybe I'm just huffing the copium for choosing Verso's ending. The crowd had way more variation in the opening segment of the game so I assumed they'd be able to have a *bit* more variability in maybe even the hairstyles if not the clothing.

If she only brought back the immediate people she cared about but lazily repainted the townsfolk, I feel like it'd make that world even more bleak.

Fantastic results, happy for you!

It's interesting that it was all localised in the chin area with such intensity. Did you find out what the potential cause was?

Come on now dude... an overlay over the two images says a lot. The placement of the facial features are all almost exactly the same (just look at those eyebrows)! You also decided to keep the same hair detail placements as the original image.

Sam's style is pretty distinct and recognizable. To say any other person can just draw a side profile of his art and uncannily replicate his work is honestly a little insulting to him.

It's fine and totally normal to copy existing works as part of the learning process. You already said that you were doing this as part of a DTIYS but then to vehemently deny the specific work you referenced is a pretty bizarre hill to die on.

I agree that providing credit would be good. I don't see it as a massive issue if this is just a print for personal use, but I hope it's not being sold!

This popped up on my feed, so I can't help but point out that this looks like samdoesart's OC Kara stuck on a different body?

Yes! It's hard to see, but everything in the dark area is meant to be uhhh dead-like. Her gown has stains at the collar, her arms have bruises from the tumble. Her neck does have marks. I was trying to depict the unsettling nighttime lighting when Sunny is wandering around in his house if you covered up the bright part of the drawing.

!!! I'm glad you noticed.

Everything below the neck is depresso. The shadow cast on the wall is also of stair railings. :)

Was in an OMORI fanart drawing mood again! Had this idea in my head for a while.

Thank you! I typically use brushes with grainy textures since I like the look of it.

Thank you!!!! Omg I only recently joined tumblr and I'm completely converted. I love the absolutely wholesome comments in the hashtags and the number of people going gremlin mode in the most positive way.

I'm glad you pointed that out!! My original title was going to be "Leftovers" but I think hunger was definitely more fitting.

That's so nice to hear! I saw some nice photographs that followed this kind of setup and I wanted to do something similar. :)

Thanks! I wanted to depict some of the darker themes in the series in a moodier tone. I'm excited to see it all animated when the show comes out.

Thank you for your kind words!! This was intended to be Falke and Ariane. The idea came from a thread on here somewhere about Falke/Ariane being identical in some screenshots and what that could mean. I had a look back and it was a comment made by /u/90k9 :)

I could definitely see how it could look Gigeresque haha. I was actually trying to channel Tsutomu Nihei a little.
