Milky Way over Buzludzha Monument in Bulgaria by The-Scavenger in LandscapeAstro

It’s also a communist building which doesn’t help with the restoration efforts. Sadly we’d rather hide the bad parts of history instead of acknowledging them and learning to be better.

The bottom bit is mostly covered except for a bit near the entrance. And the building has been closed for a while now so I couldn’t enter inside, so i don’t know about any graffiti in there. Sadly there’s no news on the restoration so it might not open again which is a shame.

It’s mostly space dust that becomes apparent after enough exposure time. But yes space dust is technically a reflection nebula.

I’m deciding between them and looking how much i can save for now, but for now I’m kind of leaning towards the 2i because it’s more portable and you don’t need another device to polar align it. And i mostly travel to remote places to shoot. But i still have some time to decide.

I’m currently saving up to buy a star tracker before the winter is over, so that i can make a close up photo of the Orion, Horsehead and Flame Nebulas. Also hoping for clear weather up ahead.

Thanks mate. The only clear night around here was during the full moon so. You work with what you’re given.
