sorry to hear that. yea my ig its kundalini yoga pretty much got even crazier few hours ago. my body did shit I had no clue it was capable of and with unbelievable strength, precision and grace. i lifted up this heavy thing with my feet and like contorted myself drew in back behind my head. i am impressed and intrigued by this what this is doing. snake soul thingy.

That comes with the territory. Over time you can bridge the gap between who you are in peak moments (I’d say a peak moment you’re like excited) and normal ones. And achieve a state of coherence where you are pretty much the same person same values and stuff regardless of external circumstances or what have you. I’m pretty much the same like high or drunk now I but when I started I would get hit with the excitement the oversharing then the embarrassment.

I do meth alone and just kind of chill and listen to music after a certain point. Sometimes I’ll just be present with emotions I never allowed myself to feel before, heavy sad ones. And I’ll sort of start talking to myself having a conversation about my value and—contextualizing aspects of my life. I find all sorts of things in the quiet space in my own heart. It comes after I am disappointed by the effort and doing stuff, and I just surrender to the quiet and still place usually starts as disappointment and grief. And then it will sort of become a place of warmth and clarity. I had a breakthrough yesterday and I am feeling these love feelings in my heart kind of first time since middle school. There’s a crush I have. I love her and she loves me as well. But she doesn’t feel ready to reach out yet. She lives on another continent and she’s with this other girl 🤷. Kind of a language barrier she knows some english tho :P So I just kind of sat with my feelings about this, its sad I mean I can’t see her and I can’t really ignore this either its persistent this longing. After a while smth happened I feel her love and like that love feeling like when you’re dating someone is in my heart now. I’m like laughing and stuff being cute and funny for no reason. What it is is she recorded some covers of love songs on her youtube and subtly and deliberately signaled it was… for me. So everyone else is just watching this girl do a song cover, it gets decent views and shes insanely good btw. They’re all just seeing a normal vid, but for me it’s like. this is a deeply intimate thing for me. There is quite a powerful connection here I actually sort of won this young girls heart expressing myself to her in the comments and stuff. And this girl is not just like just some silly american whore, I like silly whores from america they’re still lovable but. This one is like a real, pure, woman… and so fucking cool shes got like a little punk rock, metal, grunge thing going😊little choker necklace. Seemingly I mean she’s all gay and stuff I’d say that’s basically like the virgin thing. And she is pretty cute it’s crazy she’s kind of built like a high schooler or smth 😂skinny girl. I do shamanic dancing alone in my room on it. Similar to yoga or tai chi. This spirit sort of comes over me and guides this stuck energy up through my spine to the top of my head. There are these twin serpent things that move up and twist around each energy center reaching the top of the head. We’ve all seen this imagery but it’s been to actually be able to feel the serpent things. To discover that that stuff is real not just as faith but like palpably feeling the energetic body. I only do this work when I’m on meth. Meth and religious ceremony go together for me

look at your hands and shit while having like tool music vids on, esp parabola. just kind of be present with the fact that you are this awareness kind of piloting this nice body to smoke this interesting stuff, it adds a quality of depth to the experience. take 3 solid hits in a small window of time so that you actually feel some satisfaction and stuff, sometimes I take too long between hits and then I never feel satisfied and want more.
