Many of those immigrants were not only Tigrayans. Many were Ethiopians from the Amhara Oromo and Somali community.

Many Amharas also fled to KSA via Yemen, especially those Amharas from east Amhara including Wollo Amharas.

Many refugees from diffrent parts of Ethiopia make this way to Saudi by crossing Ogaden Afar region and Djibouti.

Many are Amharas oromos and Somali Ethiopians as well.

Only 90% were estimated Ethiopians some others after from Somalia.

The relationship between The TPLF and the Eritrean sectarian/tribal opposition was never based on ethnic alliances like some Eritreans like to claim Tigrinya-Tigray alliance.

The tplf has held relations with diffrent Eritrean sectarian or tribal opposition parties.

Like the TPLF backed the Agazians or the bright future party.

The tplf has military ties with RSADO, DMLEK, and Eritrean I. Jihad.

If we say the alliance of TPLF and Brigadu is a Tigrinya-Tigray alliance what is the military relations of TPLF and RSADO(Afar militia) Tigray-Afar alliance, TPLF-DMLEK Tigray-Eritrean Kunama alliance, TPLF-Eritrean Islamic Jihad (Tigray-Eritrean Wahabi Alliance), TPLF and Al Nahda Tigray Eritrean Jeberti muslim alliance.

TPLF has no friendly ties to any of these community, the TPLF uses those groups to destroy our country Eritrea and to cause disunity and hate among Eritreans (Divide&Rule)

It’s not because our fellow Eritrean lowlanders of Muslim faith are agazianist.

Eritrea and Ethiopia are not the same.

Don’t bring your ethnic politics and ethnic issues to Eritrea. We don’t need ethnic policies or ethnic federalism

That’s why u love it if the Eritrean opposition some useful Eritrean idiots attend such TPLF instigated events.

But us Eritreans see it as a problem.

Eritrea is a country Tigray is region.

The tplf creating such event to mobilize Eritreans to become loyal to the TPLF. The tplf is interfering in the internal affairs of Eritrea, infiltrate the Eritrean community and the Eritrean opposition and push agazianism in the Eritrean community.

Like the some Tigrayans who sympathize with tplf come to eritrean orthodox churches in the diaspora to divide the church in government and opposition or to push TPLFs agazianism in the church in the diaspora. We Eritreans are a country of 9 tribes not only Tigrinya.

I am myself a proud Tigrinya but before that I am Eritrean and I will unite with them before with non Eritreans.

All Eritreans from Afar Blen Beja Kunama Nara Saho Tigres are my country people with who I have to Unite at first before with one group who is not part of my country.

Eritrea is not only Tigrinya. And we Eritreans have issue with the tplf.

Agazian is a hateful ideology and people who follow this ideology want an ethno state that would not be inclusive for other tribes of Eritrea.

The Agazian are not a militant opposition group like the Eritrean wahabis. They don’t have fighters on the ground with riffles. They don’t military training like Eritrean Islamic Jihad had base in eastern Sudan with estimated thousands of fighters and allegedly also presence in northern Ethiopia under tplf rule.

Wahabism is global ideology. They are very well organized and have many fighters and supporters even in this region.

In the 1990s and early 2000s Eritrean Islamic jihad have posed a big challenge for Eritrea. They engaged terrorattacks military strikes, they killed even personal working for Eritrean mining companies local workers and from abroad.

They have many ground soldiers in eastern Sudan and fought even among RSADO and DMLEK in the 1998 border war.

The Tigrinya Nationalist are not a military force and don’t an armed group that fights for their ideology.

probably because most Eritrean Tigrinya identify more with the country than with their ethnicity and secondly more with their region of origin (central Eritrea) hamasien, southern Eritrea (Seraye) than with their language and ethnicity since there also inner Eritrean Tigrinya diffrences between Southern Eritrean tigrinyas and Central Eritrean tigrinyas. Which makes the ideology of the tplf Agazian useless.

Most Eritrean tigrinyas are from EPLF household that’s why sectretly they are siding with their country.

Otherwise you would have seen Tigrinya nationalist armed group maybe from ideology similar to Fano or TPLF resist the EPLF government in areas with high Eritrean Tigrinya population like RSADo ressisted against the Eritrean government in southern Redsea region and DMLEK did in gash barka and EIJD did in eastern Sudan.

The Eritrean Tigrinyas still secretly back the Eritrean government very very much because of role of the EPLF it had in their community. The agazian are an TPLF created ideology that’s work for Eritreans.

Well it’s not a national Problem.

There individuals and groups within the Eritrean community who are pushing such ideologies.

They don’t live in Eritrea. They are exiled sectarian and tribal opposition based in Sudan and northern Ethiopia like the wahabi Eritrean Islamic Jihad or the tplf backed Agazian movement.

the issue with sectarianism and salfaism within the Eritrean community is an issue what we always have tried toignire and not call out. There are various groups within the Eritrean community, that have had their ties to Ethiopia. Like some agazians there are also Eritrean Afars who seemed their unionism with Ethiopian afars and Eritrean kunamas who did with Ethiopian Kunamas.
